Premier was the first caterer that we had a tasting with and we instantly knew we were going to book with them. Everyone there, especially Courtney, was super friendly and professional. They had so many good options on their menu that we actually had a difficult time deciding what appetizers and plated meal we wanted to have on our wedding day. They not only offer food but they have linens, silverware, goblets, a bartender, you name it and I am 99.9% sure they have it. Premier was also very flexible when it came to payments, they were willing to work with me and everything was paid off before wedding day which is awesome. When we had our meeting with Courtney he assured us that while the wedding party is taking pictures and doing their thing, they will come and make sure we can actually eat some of the appetizers that we had ordered. I am not going to lie that was the most clutch thing ever. I kept hearing that we would not eat day of the wedding but Premier made sure that we ate! All in all my rating for Premier would be an 11/10. They are the best, and would recommend them to anybody!!
