We provide our clients with three options. (1) Our clients provide their own alcohol while we provide them with a complimentary beverage consultation to help them estimate exactly how much alcohol to purchase based upon their guest count (2) We have open bar packages where we provide the alcohol for you (3) We can also provide cash bar services.

Per industry standard, we recommend 1 bartender for every 75 guests. We have discounts when you hire multiple bartenders

You may express your gratuity by allowing our bartenders to utilize a tip jar in the bar area – OR – you may provide a cash gratuity directly to the bartender at the end of the event

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Checkout or cash.

We will take requests, but can guarantee a preference only with advanced booking.

Yes, all of our bartenders are certified/licensed and we carry general and liquor liability insurance.

There are many reasons why you should hire a professional bartender for your event. First, the bartender is the life of the party! You definitely want somebody with experience, that can make great drinks, and ensure people are having a good time. Furthermore, it lessens the possibility of people over serving themselves at an open, self-serve bar. Yes, we provide FREE tastings allowing you to try our quality cuisine before making a commitment.

As soon as you have a specific date in mind, contact us to reserve that date on our calendar. Some events are booked a year in advance! Normally, we need 10 days advance notice to plan an event, although some can be arranged in less time. A “save the date” deposit will hold the date in advance of our custom proposal. This deposit is non-refundable if you chose not to proceed with your event. Otherwise, it will be deducted from your final bill.

We have wide variety of vegetarian, gluten-free, allergy-sensitive and other special needs menu items. During our initial consultation, we will discuss your dietary needs and suggest a menu that will be suitable for you and your guests.

Yes, even if you don’t need our catering services we can provide servers as well as chaffers, glassware, china, silverware, linens, and much more.
